Alex was amazing. She did a great job and helped me pick out some products as well. She was very informative in helping me with my dry scalp issue. Will definitely be going back and recommending the Ormond location just because of her.

You may be great for adult services but not children. First and foremost it’s difficult to cut clean, crisp edges on a child while mom holds a mask as a styled lugs around clippers with cords. My sons new receding hair line is ridiculous and embarrassing. Luckily at 3 he should be ok. Both of my boys are used to clean cuts from Wicked Cutz in Daytona. This was by far suboptimal service and cuts. I stopped in one evening and was told “we can definitely cut like other barbershops.” That was far from the truth. I was not happy with the rushed manner, where I felt stylist were trying to beat the shot clock. Both of my boys left with suboptimal haircuts for back to school. Now we have to hope their normal barber can fix or wait for their hair to grow back as I was told would fix the receding hairline they created on my child. I am saddened I paid for such service and will NEVER go their again or refer anyone. It’s quick and great for men who are in a rush between work etc., but not for people wanting nice quality cuts with clean lines.
